  • For additional services (extensions, extras, etc.), ensure the ATS Reference ID is included in the email subject,Also arun must be added in CC 

  • All follow-ups must be completed in a timely and accurate manner, as our ticket follow-up activities will be monitored. Please be aware that missing or delaying follow-ups may impact salary increments and overall performance evaluations for agents.

  • Discussed and instructed to re-verify the flight bookings and create the tickets as usual.

  • Cancellation reports must be checked by both the morning-shift agents and the late-night-shift agents, and it must be updated in the handover that the report has been reviewed. This procedure should be followed every day.

.Name tags must be accurate; usage of multiple name tags should be avoided.


.Agents are advised to filter tickets which is on thier name at a diffrent tab to appropriately to maintain a stable and efficient workflow.


.Team members are advised to reduce screen time and adhere to break timings to ensure smoother operations.

  • Bookings tags with today’s or tomorrow’s check-in should be marked as Urgent.

  • Before processing any amendments or refunds, always check the cancellation policy.

  • Card payments must be updated accurately in the respective sheets.

  • Handled tickets should be properly handed over, with all details updated in the booking summary.

  • When closing hotel verifications tickets, update in sheets as well as in TC.

  • Leave requests for December must be informed well in advance.

  • Team members should be at their desks before shift time; if running late for any reason, inform the Team Leader (TL) in advance.

  • Lukoil Transactions = (Supplement Amount + Card charge) + 10% + Convenience fee

    NB: Additional VAT charges are applicable for UAE hotels
